2. Account and Signing In

You can sign in to La'ad with Apple, with Google, or with your email and password. If you are unable to sign in, first make sure you are using the same method you signed up with. Still stuck? Contact us and we will help you restore access to your account.

3. Purchases and Billing

La'ad Premium is a single purchase made once. It is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges and nothing renews. If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen to regain access. Transaction cancellation is conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. For any billing question, contact us from the email address of your account.

4. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account directly in the app: open the Profile tab and choose account deletion. Once deleted, your data is permanently purged from our active systems. If you no longer have access to the app, contact us from the email address of your account and we will process the deletion for you.

5. Safety and Reporting

Every introduction on La'ad is mutual: a conversation opens only after both sides agree. You can block or report a member at any time, both on the suggestion screen and inside a conversation, and every report is taken seriously. La'ad is intended for users 18 and older; if you believe a user under 18 has created an account, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate steps, including deleting the information where required. For urgent safety concerns, email us and mark your message as urgent.

6. The Weekly Shabbat Pause

La'ad observes Shabbat. From Friday sunset to Saturday night, Israel time, the app pauses and reopens automatically when Shabbat ends; the screen shows the reopening time. This is an intentional part of the product, not a malfunction.
